(Appeal – Official – Remuneration – Maintenance payments in the context of divorce proceedings – Deductions from salary)
Appeal:against the judgment of the Court of First Instance (Third Chamber) of 17 May 2006 in Case T-93/04 Kallianos v Commission [2006] ECR-SC I-A-0000 and II-0000, by which the Court of First Instance dismissed, first, the application for annulment of the Commission’s decision concerning certain deductions made from the appellant’s remuneration in pursuance of interim measures ordered by a Belgian court, and second, the appellant’s claim for reimbursement of those sums and for damages.
Held:The appeal is dismissed. Mr Kallianos is ordered to pay the costs.
