THE PRESIDENT OF THE COURT,
after hearing the Advocate General, J.Kokott,
makes the following
Order
1By application lodged at the Registry of the Court on 29November2011 (fax of 25 November), Ireland, represented by D.O’Hagan, acting as Agent, with an address for service in Luxembourg, requested leave to intervene in Case C‑431/11 in support of the form of order sought by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
2By application lodged at the Registry of the Court on 1 December 2011 (fax of 1 December), the European Commission, represented by V.Kreuschitz and S. Pardo Quintillán, acting as Agents, with an address for service in Luxembourg, requested leave to intervene in Case C‑431/11 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.
3The applications for leave to intervene were made in accordance with Article 93(1) of the Rules of Procedure, and are submitted pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 40 of the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
On those grounds, the President of the Court hereby orders:
1.Ireland is granted leave to intervene in Case C-431/11 in support of the form of order sought by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
2.The European Commission is granted leave to intervene in Case C‑431/11 in support of the form of order sought by the Council of the European Union.
3.A period shall be prescribed within which the interveners are to state in writing the pleas in law in support of the form of order which they seek.
4.The Registrar shall ensure that copies of all the procedural documents are served on the interveners.
5.The costs are reserved.
