1In its observations of 16February 2021 on the application for taxation of costs, the applicant, eSky Group IP sp. z o.o., informed the Court that it had paid the costs claimed and produced for that purpose a certificate of payment.

2In his observations of 23February 2021 on the observations lodged by the applicant, the intervener, MrGerhard Gröpel, confirmed to the Court that he had indeed received payment and stated that he considered that his application for taxation of costs had become devoid of purpose.

3The applicant did not submit observations on that application for a declaration that there was no need to adjudicate within the prescribed period.

4Under Article130 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, it is sufficient in the present case to find that, having regard to the repayment of costs by the applicant, this application for taxation of costs has become devoid of purpose. It follows that there is no longer any need to adjudicate.

On those grounds,

THE GENERAL COURT (Sixth Chamber)

hereby orders:

There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the application for taxation of costs.
