Quantum of claim on Guarantees
The Owners are entitled to the maximum guaranteed sums under each of the Ben Nevis Guarantee (US$ 7,500,000), and the Kailash Guarantee (US$ 6 million).
The Guarantees each provide for interest to accrue at the same rate as provided for in the Charterparties, and the Owners are entitled to this.
