Q. So essentially you were doing what you were told by other people?

A. By the legal.

Q. Yes. In relation to the termination of the derivatives? 

A. Yes. 

Q. So it was possible to send by UPS if you got somebody else to do it on your behalf? 

A. I don't remember the exact date our team found this courier service which worked with UPS. 

Q. And it [i.e. The Notice of Termination following the email only Default Notices] was sent by another courier service as well, wasn't it, {F/348.1}, if you could be shown that. Do you see this is tracking information from SPEED Courier−service? 

A. Yes, that's what I was talking about. 

Q. So are you saying that SPEED Courier−Service used UPS? 

A. It looks so. 

Q. There's no reason why that couldn't have been done earlier in March, is there? 

A. Well, I don't remember the exact timeline as it was not my part of business. 

Q. Right. And there was no reason why an OWH employee couldn't have been sent to Jersey to deliver the letter by hand, was there?
