On 11 July 2025 I heard a number of applications in this case, on most of which I gave my decisions at the time, and on one of which, namely the application for summary judgment, I reserved my decision. This judgment both gives or expands on the reasons for those matters I decided on 11 July 2025, and gives my decision and reasons in relation to the summary judgment application.
