ML applied to the First-tier Tribunal for permission to appeal the FtT Decision. Permission was refused by a judge of the First-tier Tribunal on the basis that there was no arguable error of law, but ML then applied to the Upper Tribunal for permission to appeal and the matter came before me. I granted permission.
