The Appellant – whom I shall call CH during this judgment, applied for Personal Independence Payment (“PIP”) on January 2022. On 18 May 2022, the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions (“SSWP”) decided that she did not qualify for any points to be awarded either in respect of the Daily living or the mobility component. She appealed that decision.
