It is for all of the above reasons that I allow the appeal so far as relating to the mobility component part of the First-tier Tribunal’s decision and so set aside that part of the decision, and that I remit the mobility component part of the case to a freshly-constituted panel of the First-tier Tribunal, for redetermination entirely afresh
