Permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal
Permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal
On 14 August 2024, I gave permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal in relation to the mobility component, for arguable errors of law in relation to mobility activity 2. I said in granting permission that I needed to make no comment on whether the First-tier Tribunal arguably erred in law in relation to mobility activity 1, but that, if the Secretary of State opposed the appeal, the Upper Tribunal would need her submissions as to mobility activity 1 too. The Secretary of State did not oppose the appeal, and has not needed to make a submission as to mobility activity 1.
