The First-tier Tribunal erred in law in failing to make a finding as to whether the claimant needed an aid or appliance due to her dyslexia (which diagnosis, albeit by the college, the First-tier Tribunal seemed not to doubt). That the claimant did not mention using, for example, coloured overlays, did not mean she does not need them.
