Permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal
On 17 June 2024, I gave permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal in relation to the daily living component. I found Ground 1 arguable and Ground 2 not arguable. I found Ground 3 arguable in respect of daily living activities 1, 2 and 8. I found an additional arguable error of law in relation to activity 6, as regards physical functioning. I added that arguable error to Ground 3.

- Failure adequately to explain why the First-tier Tribunal found that the claimant had “for the majority of time, the…mental ability to prepare and cook a simple meal for one”
