The FTT’s grant of permission to appeal
The FTT gave GDFC Assets Limited permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal on 5 July 2023, when it also reviewed and set aside its (substantive) decision of 16 November 2022 and remade that decision. Permission was granted on all grounds advanced and was not limited.
