The Appellant appeals the decision of the First-tier Tribunal (“the FTT”) dated 13 March 2023. The issue in the appeal is whether the FTT erred in deciding that the Appellant had made a second valid claim to Personal Independence Payment (“PIP”) which had been refused with the result that the period for the earlier award of PIP was limited to the period ending when the second claim to PIP was made and from which time entitlement had been refused.
