This is an appeal from the decision of the Traffic Commissioner for the East of England (“TC”) dated 20^th September 2024, when he dismissed the Appellant’s application for a standard national operator’s licence under s.13(5) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (“the Act”).
