This is an appeal against a decision of the Traffic Commissioner for the West of England Traffic Area (the Traffic Commissioner) on 14 October 2024 following a public inquiry hearing that:
The good repute of Anthony Brayley-Willmetts is lost and he is disqualified from acting as such for a period of one year and until he sits and passes again the Transport Manager certificate of professional competence.
The appeal was brought by notice of appeal dated 7 November 2024.
