Conclusion
For these reasons I am satisfied that the decision of the First-tier Tribunal (War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber) dated 13 March 2024 under file reference AFCS/00248/2023 contains an error on a point of law.
The appeal against that decision is allowed and the decision of the Tribunal is set aside.
The decision of the Tribunal is remade. The injury to the Respondent’s left hand was not caused by service.
