POR TANTO : La Sala Segunda del Tribunal Agroambiental de conformidad al art. 333 del Cód. Pdto. Civ., por aplicación supletoria dispuesta por el art. 78 de la Ley N° 1715 modificada por Ley Nº 3545, tiene por NO PRESENTADA la demanda nulidad de titulo ejecutorial, suscitada por Ricardo Benigno Romero Rodríguez en representación de Estefanía Inturias de Corrales contra Roberta Olmos Carballo, María Olmos de Pérez y Aurelio Arnez Mérida,
