(Action for annulment— Plant protection products— Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2069

6By application lodged at the Court Registry on 22December 2015, the applicant brought the present action.

7By separate document lodged at the Court Registry on the same date, the applicant made an application for interim measures. That application was dismissed by order of the President of the General Court of 18January 2016 and the costs were reserved.

8By separate document lodged at the Court Registry on 5February 2016, the Commission raised a plea of inadmissibility under Article130 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court. The applicant submitted its observations on that plea on 31March 2016.

9By document lodged at the Court Registry on 7April 2016, the Kingdom of Denmark applied to intervene in the present proceedings in support of the form of order sought by the Commission.

10The applicant claims that the Court should:

–annul the contested regulation;

–order the Commission to pay the costs.

11The Commission contends that the Court should:

–declare the action inadmissible;

–order the applicant to pay the costs.

12In its observations on the plea of inadmissibility, the applicant contends that the Court should:

–declare the action admissible;

–in the alternative, reserve a decision on the plea of inadmissibility for final judgment.
