18By application lodged at the Court Registry on 17January 2020, the applicant brought the present action.
19The parties presented oral argument and answered the questions put to them by the Court at the hearing on 17September 2021.
20The applicant claims that the Court should:
–annul the contested report;
–if necessary, annul the decision rejecting the complaint;
–order ECDC to pay the costs.
21ECDC contends that the Court should:
–dismiss the action;
–order the applicant to pay the costs.
