The claim

In his claim form, the Claimant challenged alleged failures by the Defendant to provide decant accommodation in breach of its policies, s.19(3) of the Care Act 2015, ss15 and 19 of the Equality Act 2010 and s.149 of the Equality Act 2010. The claim arises from a breakdown in the lift at his block of flats.
