The Applicant raises a sole ground of appeal, contending that there is a real risk his Article 3 rights will be breached due to prison conditions in Bulgaria, notwithstanding the assurances provided. The gravamen of the Applicant’s case is that the material conditions at the old block in Sofia Prison (“the old block”) or the Kremikovtsi prison hostel (“Kremikovtsi”) are such as to give rise to a real risk of a breach of his Article 3 rights.
