PT-2022-BRS-000100 - [2025] EWHC 2743 (Ch)

In my judgment, the defendants are entitled to hold him to the contract thus created between them, subject to any subsequently agreed variation. The defendants have succeeded overall in this application. I consider that there is no good reason not to award the costs of that application to the defendants.
