I invite the parties to agree the terms of an order implementing the conclusions reached in my two judgments and, in default of agreement, to provide short written submissions addressing the issues in dispute as well as dealing with any further matters (such as costs) which need to be determined. If the parties consider that a remote hearing is required to resolve any outstanding matters, no doubt they will let the court know.
