Conclusions
Conclusion:
It was for those reasons that we concluded that the application for leave to appeal against conviction must be refused, but that leave to appeal against sentence should be granted, the sentences imposed below quashed, and concurrent sentences of 3 years’ imprisonment on each count substituted.
