22.Before turning to the submissions made on behalf of the Respondents it is convenient to set out the legal principles relied upon as, although there is dispute as between the Respondents and the Local Authority as to how the jurisdiction is to be applied, there is no dispute that the court has the power to order that which the Respondents seek. 23.Mr Storey QC, who took the lead in making the submissions on the law, relies on the decision of Sir Mark Hedley in AA v 25 others (Children) (Rev 2) [2019] EWFC 64. At paragraph 36, Sir Mark concluded: 36.I have come to the conclusion that the correct modern approach to this is to be found in the case of Re T G (Care Proceedings: Case Management Expert Evidence)
