32.It follows from what I have said previously in this judgment that I do not consider that the father requires any protection under section 42 of the Family Law Act 1996. I have considered section 42(5). I have considered all the circumstances, including the need to secure the health, safety and wellbeing of the applicant. In my judgment, this application is a ruse by the applicant. It is dismissed.
