What I have to decide today
36.The law tells me what I can and can’t do. Because of what is in the threshold document I have to decide whether I should make care and placement orders. X and Y have been kept safe because they have been in foster care. I have to think about what might happen to them if they went home to live with their mum. 37.This week I heard from all the lawyers about what I should do. Nobody is asking me to put off a decision.
