31.I heard oral evidence from the allocated social worker and the Children’s Guardian. They were both subject to detailed and forensic cross-examination. I have read the bundle which exceeds 2,500 pages and I have considered submissions from all parties. The fact I do not refer to a document or a piece of evidence does not mean I have not considered it.
