M has been adamantine in her approach to her own return to Ireland. She has told Dr Ratnam and Ms Demery categorically that she will not return to Ireland. This is consistent with her written evidence and her approach to DC’s possible return in March 2025. I have no doubt that whatever decision I make, M will remain here with RC.
