For the purposes of this judgment, it is convenient to set out my findings under the headings set out below. I should make clear, however, that I have not analysed the evidence in this linear way. I have considered the totality of the evidence in making my findings, even though it is not possible to rehearse it all without making the judgment unduly lengthy.
