Decision: The appeal is struck out under rule 8(3)(a) for non-compliance with a Tribunal direction.

REASONS

The Appellant lodged an appeal using the GRC1 form on 18 February 2025. Unfortunately, when the Appellant emailed the Tribunal on 12 and 13 May 2025 requesting an updated on their appeal and providing copies of the documents submitted with proof of delivery, the Tribunal was unable to locate the original appeal.

By Directions and email dated 27 June 2025 the Appellant was required to provide a copy of the Decision Notice that it wished to challenge to the Tribunal by 15 July 2025. In response, the Appellant emailed additional information to the Tribunal on 13 July 2025. In this email, the Appellant stated that the Decision Notice was dated 7 January 2025 but the document submitted was not the actual Decision Notice and was undated.

By Directions dated 15 October 2025, the Appellant was directed by 29 October 2025 to provide a copy of the Decision Notice that it wished to challenge to the Tribunal.

The Appellant was directed to note that failure to comply with the Direction could lead to the Tribunal striking out the appeal for failure to comply without further direction.

The Appellant failed to comply with the Direction dated 15 October 2025 and accordingly there are grounds to strike out the appeal.
