We were referred to a hearing bundle. Mr Stephen Murphy, the director and owner of the Appellant gave oral evidence at the hearing. Ms Jessica Wilkinson, an HMRC compliance officer who had conduct of the investigation from October 2023, provided a witness statement and gave oral evidence.
