The defendant (‘Horizont’) owns UK Patent No. 2,410,366 (‘the Patent’) which claims an invention entitled ‘Mobile warning device for road traffic’. The claimant (‘Nissen’) seeks to revoke the Patent. 2.Chris Aikens appeared for Nissen, Maxwell Keay for Horizont.
