9. Evidence for Wirex came from Mr Lazarichev and Mr Matveev, respectively the Third and Fourth Defendants to the Counterclaim. They are the cofounders and joint Chief Executive Officers of Wirex and each is a director of Wirex Gibraltar. They were good witnesses.
