At POC [13] to [15] NHBCL sets out the basis for its claim to goodwill. It relies in part on goodwill that had accrued to Organic Hill said to have been assigned to it by the Organic Hill assignment and on the 2023 Assignments for the assignment of the goodwill of the business of the Restored Company both prior to its dissolution and between June 2017 and April 2018.
