Issue 3 - If the Claimant had not damaged her neck in the accident then what would have been her prognosis?
42.During the course of argument I sought to elucidate my reservations about this question and indicated that, in the absence of a contrary view being expressed by either party (which there was not,) I proposed not to deal with this question unless required to do so following delivery of my judgment on issues 1 and 2. I propose therefore to say no more about Issue 3 in this judgment.
