Associated issued its Application seeking to strike out parts of the Particulars of Claim on 10 September 2025. It was supported by the 16^th Witness Statement of Ms Richmond. Again, Ms Richmond provided a schedule identifying the grounds upon which Associated seeks the striking out of the various parts of the Particulars of Claim. As with the resistance to the Amendment Application, Associated has grouped together the striking out targets into broad categories.
