If so, does the Claimant’s proposed Re-Amended Particulars of Claim cure the pleading deficiencies complained of, such that permission to amend should be given instead of striking out and/or granting summary judgment in respect of the Claimant’s claim?

If not, should a general permission to re-amend be given?
