Following the hearing, on 21 August 2024, the respondents offered to consent to an order that the freezing injunction would not attach to the Properties and that there would be no order as to costs. That offer was made after all the costs of the hearing had been incurred; it was unsurprisingly rejected; and it is of no relevance to the exercise of my discretion on costs of the application generally.
