Introduction

The two applications before the Court are the Claimant’s application as follows:

The first application seeks the Court’s approval of a “draft consent order” extending a stay of these proceedings originally ordered by Jefford J. to 31 March 2025;

(2)

The second application seeks a further stay and/or extension of the period for service of the Claim Form and/or Particulars of Claim and/or relief from sanctions.
