There is no dispute about the information provided. In respect of Mr Bunker, Mr Birchall completed the RICS nomination form in the conflict of interest section stating “Dispute over payment with Referring Party”. No further information relating to the alleged conflict of interest was provided at or around the time the dispute was referred.
