On 16 April 2025 my judgment on the Claimant’s Part 8 claim was handed down. I do not repeat the contents of that judgment in this judgment.
The order consequent upon my judgment on the Part 8 claim has been agreed in all respects save for two issues as to costs:

The costs of these proceedings (other than the costs relating to the stay application).
