Neither party specifically applied for the costs of the consequential hearing on 2 July 2025 although ABM had submitted a schedule of costs. On my understanding, the costs of attending a consequential hearing form part of the general costs of the proceedings and, absent any particular reason for making a different order, are subsumed within the general order for costs. I make no separate order.
