This judgment follows the hearing of the Claimant’s application for summary judgment to enforce the adjudication decision made by Mr Kevin Shilcock dated 17 January 2025.

I had the benefit of hearing counsel Ms Jess Connors for the Claimant and Mr Thomas Lazur for the Defendant, both of whom had provided very helpful skeleton arguments for the hearing.
