Introduction
This appeal concerns section 71ZB of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (“the 1992 Act”). Section 71ZB applies to the recovery of overpayments of the following benefits: universal credit (“UC”), new-style employment and support allowance (“NSESA”) and new-style jobseekers’ allowance (“NSJSA”).
