This is an appeal against the DBS decision to include the appellant in the adults’ and children’s barred lists. The appellant challenges the factual finding of the DBS which led to her being included in the lists. Permission to appeal was granted on the basis that it was realistically arguable that oral evidence could show that the DBS made material mistakes in its finding of fact.
