Notice of Decision
14.For the reasons given our order is as follows:We set aside the decision of the First-tier Tribunal.Having regard to the first ground upon which we have done so the Appellant was denied a fair hearing and that consideration per se makes it appropriate to remit the case to the First-tier Tribunal rather than to retain it in this forum for the purpose of a fresh hearing and decision.Thirdly and finally we direct that the case be heard by a differently constituted First-tier Tribunal. No anonymity direction is made.
