The Appellant appeals from the decision of the First-tier Tribunal promulgated on 19 July 2023 dismissing his appeal against the Respondent’s decision dated 17 June 2022 to deprive him of his British citizenship under s40(3) British Nationality Act 1981 on the basis that he had obtained his citizenship through the adoption of a false (Kosovan) nationality.
