The issues for determination are:(1) The open market value of the long leasehold interest in the property at 19 January 2016 (section 5(2) Land Compensation Act 1961).(2) The basic loss payment (s.33(A)) Land Compensation Act 1973).(3) The claimants’ entitlement to claimed costs and losses relating to legal and professional fees, stamp duty, furniture and loss of rent (section 5(6) Land Compensation Act 1961). (4) The question of costs relating to the application to Barnet County Court.
